Scheduling Your First Visit

When you schedule your first appointment, we will give you all of the information you may need regarding our practice, such as directions to our office, information on our practice hours and payment options. Being well-informed will help you be prepared, and will help relieve any of the anxiety you may have regarding dental appointments. To save you time, you can download new patient forms and complete them prior to your arrival.

Please know that we will confirm your appointment in advance. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please provide our office with at least 48 hours notice.

Our Dedicated Doctors

Our prosthodontists— Justin W. Shek, D.D.S.; Y. Clement Shek, D.D.S.; Lynne Wong, D.D.S.; and Jade Tran, D.D.S.—have received an additional two to three years of dental education, and are dedicated to the preservation of a clean, healthy mouth. Many years in practice have resulted in a strong team, and we are here for you.
